Ghana is an African country in 1/8 match. It will play against America then. By that time, all the continent will support one country, Ghana. Hope they have a good performance.

Concerning English grammar, it is really difficult to get it all right. Sometimes the grammar rules will not help in real situation yet you need to make it internalized otherwise it is always to late to apply the 'rules' in your talk.

I will be back to Beijing next week. Hopefully we could meet after that.

Ghana is an African country which advances in the knockout match. It is not easy for them to achieve. So I wish them good luck. But at the same time, it is also a breakthrough for American team to go further than group matches. It is really a big surprise. Wish them all the best!

By the way, German team is my favorite

I really felt so sad that America was eliminated in the knockout match this afternoon. But they did try hard to achieve their dreams and they gained all respect and love from audience. They did a wonderful job today. So I think they could go further in the future.

South Korea was sent back home, too. I felt a little upset in terms of Asian teams in the world cup. As a team itself, I think they tried hard and did a good job. But I didn't have a special feeling about it.

Wish good luck for German team!!!

I know running a business of your own is tough esp. in hot summer. I feel sorry for the delivery, but I am not professional in this so I may not be able to provide any suggestions on it.  I think the customers could understand it well, though. Don't worry.

Germany performed so excellent on the 1/16 game tonight! Fantastic goals!

Though that goal of England should have been counted, it could not change the history and current situation because England has a long way to go. They need to be cooperative more since soccer game is not one man show.

I felt so upset about the offside goal of Argentina. It is absolutely unfair for Mexico. But anyways, FIFA president says that 'refereeing mistakes are part of the game which are made by humans'. It sounds ridiculously correct because he refused to use technology.

Life is tough for us. Sometimes we need to be stronger than anyone could imagine. I know it's easier to say than done.
But keep on, I know you could tough it out!

Today I heard from my former colleage that my former supervisor was fired this week. I should have been happy to hear that. It is not that I am gloating over his failure or hitting him when he is down, but to some extent it just proves my vision.

I have talked to my general manager about the supervisor's idea of training and way of management as well as his ill treatment for his employees. I put everything straight forward  and told him exactly what I thought. Unfortunately, he didn't agree with me. He thought he was more mature and more sophisiticated than me because he has tasted more salt than me. Nevertheless, it couldn't hide the fact that the tardiness and laziness of the supervisor made our boss sick and kicked his ass finally.

I cannot say that I am pleased to see what has happened. I actually feel sorry for those guys who thought they were the smartest and most experienced people in the world. Hypocrites will eventually be revealed under the sun.

Due to the huge rain for a couple of days, our hometown encountered a huge flood which has not occured for decades. Unfortunately, some chemical barrels were swept away into the biggest river in our province, Songhua River, from which the main drinking water supplies come from. More than 7000 barrels were missing in the running river, and tens of thousands of homes were destroyed.

It is reported that up until now, 2937 barrels have been found and there is no sign that the barrels leak chemicals into the river.

Today  I want  to  talk  about  Summer.
My  favoriate （favorite） season  was summer  because  of  (the )beautiful  skirt(s)  , the  icecream （ice cream） and  so  on .
It  was  obviously  hot  in  my  memories ,but   it  was  cool  in  the  house.
When  the  night  came , we  sat  in  the  backyard  to  feel   the  wind   flew (flowing),meanwhile  we  smelt the sweet  smell  of  evening  primrose .
And the stars were shining in the  dark  sky...
There were   no flood ,  no  bad  feel (feelings) .
Nowaday,  I nomore (no longer)  like  ( the ) summer  as  I  were  (was)  young   except  of  (that) the  skirt  and  icecream  ( that ) are  still  my  favors(favorites).

Sometimes, it is more important to express your meanings precisely, and some tiny grammatical mistakes can be neglected.
Later, when you have a good sense of English, you can avoid this problems automatically. hehe...
