《论坛商家管理条例》试行，商家和“通过网站宣传产品”的邻居注意

更新：许可商家申请即日起取消

下面的回帖是我拟定经过大家讨论得到的《论坛商家管理条例（试行）》，现公布出来，即日起施行。
与征求意见稿相比，主要的修改是：考虑到都是当面交易，不再要求商家提供身份证信息，请大家自行注意不要上当受骗。

对版主的要求是：
1、看到论坛广告后，首先判断是否属于“商家”（商家的定义在下面条例中有）
2、对商家，检查发帖人名下是否有“许可商家”或者是“邻居商家”的标志
3、无上述标志的，做“关闭帖子”或者移动帖子至“回收站”的处理；有上述标志但是超出了限额的，酌情关闭
4、对邻居商家，有一周的资格申请时间；4月23日之前，对明显的邻居，无论是否申请了邻居商家，都不关闭帖子

请版主尤其是“房产装修”和“淘你喜欢”两个讨论区的版主务必仔细阅读！

其他具体执行问题参阅条例要求。

这个帖子里讨论了一些论坛管理的原则 http://www.caxcnet.com/viewthread.php?tid=109121  ：
网友推荐优秀商家，论坛是欢迎的。
但往往存在这样的情况：商家请邻居帮忙发帖宣传，邻居碍于面子发个帖子，然后商家在帖子里进行宣传，帖子成了变相的广告贴。

为了：
1、避免互助会广告泛滥
2、让邻居有足够的理由拒绝商家的宣传请求
3、让真正受邻居欢迎的商家在邻居得到自发的宣传

以往处理的惯例是：
有限度的允许邻居发帖推荐商家；但该贴禁止相关商家回复。

本帖商家回复我先删除了，请相关网友按照上述要求发帖
